Carrot Chowder Soup - Healthy Soup
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐒𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬-

10 cups water 
1 big chopped carrot
1- med size chopped potato
1/2 inch ginger
1 bay leaf
2- cardamoms
2tspn milk
3-4 cashew nuts
1tspn pepper powder
1tspn salt and sugar, pinch of tumeric
1tspn chilli flakes
1 Tbps cooking cream
Lemon juice
1/2 tspn Butter 
cilantro/corriender for garnish

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐑𝐨𝐝-

1- In a pressure cooker (or in a pan with lid)
add all ingridents like - 10 tcups of water, chopped carrots, potatoes, bay leaf, cashew nuts, ginger, 2tspn milk, cardamoms, salt, tumeric and cook/boil till carrots turn mushy (in pressure cooker 4whistles)

2- When carrots turn mushy take it of the flame take off the bay leaf and let the mix turn cool.

3- As boiled musy carrot and potato mix cools down blend it till turns smooth.

4- Strain the blended mix 

5- Nown in a sauce pan on med flame put some butter and add the blended strained carrot potato paste... 

6- Let it get nice boil add other spices like chilli flakes, pepper and sugar salt and balance the taste.

7- Within 3-4 mins the paste will get nice boil. This is the time to add cream and some lemon juice. 

8- Mix everything well and take it off the flame. Your tasty carrot chowder is ready.

Serve in bowl garnish with corriender/cilantro

You can enjoy it as it is or have bread sticks or toast along.
