Cheese Chilli Toast

A must try 5 mins easy peasy fancy quarintine recepie with very few ingredients that are available at home.
Best for quick breakfast or evening snack.

It's definitely worth trying and putting snap on  IG... (-;
Here's my version of "Cheese Chilli Toast"
Let's begin....

Ingredients for Cheese Chilli toast:- (2 serves)

  •  4 slices of bread
  • 2-3 Chopped chillies (red/green) whichever available.
  •  Cheese (2-3 cubes and more)
  • Pepper Powder, Chilli flakes
  • Melted butter (4 tbps)
  •  Ketchup (4 tbps)




Cheese chilli toast recepie -

  • 1- Toast bread slices on a pan for about 40 sec both sides on medium flame. Without applying anything on it (Secret for crunchyness)
  • 2- When it is done place bread on a plate for assembling. Apply melted butter on each bread slice (only 1 side)
  • 3 - Apply ketchup on it. Sprinkle some chopped chillies. (Adjust it's spicyness)
  • 4 - Grate some (loads of) cheese on it again sprinkle some chillies
  • 5 - Sprinkle pepper powder and chilli flakes.
  • 6 - After assembling it. Again lightly toast it for about 30 sec on medium flame.
  • 7 - Take out in plate. Take a snap enjoy it. Later post on Instagram/WhatsApp and tag me as well.. (-;

Do try this simple quarantine recipe and let me know how it went.

Tips -

  • # You can replace bread with roti/bhakri. Just cut it into squares and use.
  • # You can replace spicy chillies with capsicum
  • # If you do not have cheese, use left over white pasta sauce.
  • # If you are using oven or og pre heat it for about 5 mins (skip the first step). Just assemble everything as given. Put in oven to toast in for 3-4 mins into middle shelf and it's ready in 4 mins.
