Aglio e olio Spaghetti

Simple recpie of Aglio e olio Spaghetti - Italian Food

Aglio e olio (spaghetti with butter garlic and cream cheese sauce)
Aglio e olio is a classic french dish usually made of butter garlic and chillies.
In simple language Noodles are cooked in cheese sauce.
Here's my version the dish...

Ingridents for Aglio e olio

1- Boiled spaghetti (noodle shape pasta) (noodles will also do)
2- Butter 1tbsp
3- pepper 1 tspn
4- oregeano 1 tspn
5- chilli flakes 1 tspn
6- minced garlic (fine chopped) 1tspn
7- basil leaves 6-7 leaves
8- cream cheese (any cheese will do)
9- salt





Process:-

1- Heat a pan on medium flame add butter and teaspoon of oil to it.
2- add minced garlic and sautè well
3- as garlic turns out bit brown (don't burn it) add boiled spaghetti (let spaghetti cool after boiling)
4- toss it with light pressure not to break them. Add cream cheese/ and grated cheese pinch of salt, pepper, oregeano, chilli flakes and toss again on high flame.
5- it will be ready in 3-4 mins.
6- serve (pile up spaghetti) on a plate garnish with basil, sprinkle chilli flakes.
