HIT FIT TOAST - HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPE

This one is my easy to go healthy recipe. You can eat and make it anytime and it's guilt free food..
Here goes the recipe..

Ingredients:-

✔️Toast (fitness concious can go for wheat toast/bread)
✔️Veges:- sliced toamtoes, onions, capcicum
✔️Chopped palak (SPINACH) & cabbage
✔️Cheese/paneer (grated) (optional)
✔️ Seasoning:- oregeano, thyme, chilli flakes, pepper
✔️Salt
✔️Butter, mayo (opt) n ketchup

    

Method:-

πŸ’œ On a toast spread some butter (Ghee- clarified butter is more healthy)  ketchup and mayo (opt)

πŸ’œ Place the veges (slices tomatoes, onions, sprinkle some salt, place some palak (spinach), cabbage onto it.. grate some paneer/ cottage cheese

πŸ’œ Now season with some salt, pepper chilli flakes, thyme, oregeano...

πŸ’œ Now take a pan heat it..on a low flame... put some butter(opt) on to it.. place your toast on and cook for a min.

πŸ’œ Squeeze some lemon juice for vitamin C and enjoy your healthy toasty
