Simple ways to stay fit

Why celebrate only one day when you can celebrate everyday!! 

I've always been a fitness freak.. but do not believe in diets or exercises and those fancy stuffs.
Working out should be fun not stressful.
Eg. You want to be fit but exercises and dieting gives you pain drop it right now..

You glow differently when you do something wholeheartedly!!

Here are simple crazy ways to stay fit, fine and glow..

1.Eat whatever you want - 
Yes, eat what you want don't think about your weight or anything just feed your soul but but no eating after 8 pm and next day eat at 8/9 am. By doing this simple thing unknowingly you fast for 12 hrs and results are magical. Thank me coz I'm few days you'll start glowing and be fit forever.

2. Walk walk walk -
Yes, If you are not a workout person just like me. Just walk and stretch as much as you can. Ditch your bike and walk. Here there everywhere you can. Track on your phone. 5-10 km or at least 3km 2000 steps.. 
Trick- walking while talking with your best friend works wonders ;-) 

3. Eat and fast - 
Yes eat and fast. Eating Sabudana khichdi and chips  3-4 times a day is not fasting. You are doing it wrong. Here is correct way- Decide a day when you want to fast. On D-Day(fast day) in morning eat whatever and how much ever you want and then whole day eat nothing at all. Only water. If this is difficult for you and still want to fast eat you breakfast and lunch. Nothing after that and directly next day. I can bet on this god/bhagwanji will be happy for this. :-D

4:- Easy mind fitness
This topic was hyped past week.
Here is what you can do- 
Where ever you are whatever you are doing count your deep breaths, Bingo!! you did meditation/pranayam. It is not a rule that you have to do like Yogi's no.
Do it anyways but just do it bro. You are being fit bro your way..
Call your friends talk anything for 5mins crack jokes see your fit by doing nothing. Grab a paper write things bothering you.
Wether you are sitting standing waiting keep moving your hands legs see your fit without doing anything. 

5:- Just drink water cant compromise here. If you want to glow then water is must. Drink water just for time pass. It works..

Ayurveda says you go against your mind and do something results are opposite. 

Hence no need to do all those serious boring things which motivates for only one day. It should be a lifestyle that is easy and happy.
 Laugh, travel, cook, some yoga, see greenery - you are fit without doing anything!!
